Where We Ship

We currently ship within the European Union.
All orders are dispatched from Latvia, EU, and delivered to EU member states only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside the EU.

Processing Time

Each order is prepared by hand.
Please allow 2 business days for order processing before dispatch.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
During peak periods or limited releases, processing times may vary slightly.

Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on the destination country and shipping method.

As a general guideline:

• Baltic States: 2–5 business days

• Other EU countries: 5–10 business days

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

We cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

If a parcel is returned due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply.
