Returns & Right of Withdrawal

At 13:13 Perfumery, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before completing your order.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia and EU distance selling regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase at any stage — including within 14 days of receiving your order — without providing a reason.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original unopened packaging, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.

Cancellations Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — the standard return process applies instead.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products and services, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened perfumes — For hygiene and resale reasons, perfumes whose packaging has been opened or seals broken cannot be returned, regardless of the return window.
  • Custom & bespoke scents — Perfumes created specifically to your personal specifications are non-returnable, as they cannot be resold or repurposed.
  • Gift cards — Gift cards are non-refundable, as they may have already been transferred or gifted to a third party.
  • Masterclass purchases — All masterclass bookings are non-refundable within 7 days of the scheduled event, as we prepare individually for each participant. Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling — please contact us to discuss.
  • Custom perfume consultations — Bespoke perfume creation sessions are non-refundable within 7 days of the appointment, as materials and time are reserved specifically for you.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@1313perfumery.com with the following information:

  • Your reason for return
  • Your full name, phone number, and the email address used for the purchase
  • Your bank account details for the refund

We will respond within 3 business days. Once confirmed, please send your return within 10 days to:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. You will be notified by email once the refund has been issued.
