Terms of Service
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases of goods and services made on www.1313perfumery.com.
Before ordering any goods or services, please read these Terms carefully.

2. Payment Terms
All purchases on www.1313perfumery.com must be paid at the time of purchase, using debit or credit cards issued in the European Economic Area (EEA), or bank transfer based on an invoice (where available).
Product prices displayed in the online store are in EUR. Goods and services are sold at the prices shown on www.1313perfumery.com at the moment of purchase.
The Buyer will receive payment confirmation to the email address provided at checkout.
Goods are usually dispatched within 2 business days after payment is received, unless otherwise stated on the product page. In any case, the Seller will dispatch the goods no later than 10 business days after purchase.
3. Delivery
Delivery is made to the parcel locker selected by the Buyer, except for services that do not require delivery (e.g., in-person workshops or individual appointments).
Services such as workshops or individual meetings take place at a time agreed individually between the Buyer and the Seller, or via a booking link provided in the description of the specific service.
Deliveries are made according to Omniva delivery schedules, dispatching from Omniva Straupe Viada or Cēsis parcel lockers.
Delivery costs: For deliveries within Latvia, delivery is covered by the Seller and is free of charge for the Buyer. For deliveries within the European Union, delivery fees apply according to the listed price schedule at checkout.
When purchasing participation in a workshop or a personalised perfume creation service, the Buyer will receive an email within 3 days with details (location, time, and important information). If the email is not received, the Buyer may request it by writing to: hello@1313perfumery.com.
If the Buyer cannot attend a workshop or service on the purchased date, the Seller will offer the next available date.
A reserved personalised perfume creation appointment may be rescheduled without limitations.
4. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase of goods at any stage, including within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with the Latvian laws governing distance selling.
A return and refund are possible if defects are discovered, for example: damaged packaging during shipping, damaged goods, or goods not matching the description.
The Buyer may return goods if the goods have not been used, are in their original packaging, are not damaged, and have not lost their original retail appearance. (This does not apply to goods damaged during transportation. In such cases, we recommend photographing the damage immediately upon receipt.)
Returned goods must be in the same condition as received.
The following cannot be returned: participation in workshops, and personalised perfume creation services already performed in person.
To request a return, the Buyer must email hello@1313perfumery.com with a free-form application including: reason for return, Buyer's personal details (first name, last name, phone number, email address used for purchase), and bank account details for the refund.
The Seller will respond to a return request within 3 business days. After receiving the Seller's confirmation, the Buyer must send the return within 10 days.
Returns must be sent to Omniva Straupe Viada parcel locker, addressed to SIA Hansa fabrik, phone: 26339749. Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer.
The procedure for submitting and reviewing consumer claims regarding non-compliant goods or services, as well as consumer rights and obligations, is set out in the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia.
5. Refunds
After the returned goods are received, the refund will be processed within 5 business days. The Buyer will be informed by email provided in the return request.
6. Order Cancellation
An order may be cancelled at any time before payment is made, by notifying the Seller by email: anna@1313perfumery.com.
Any orders not paid within 3 days are automatically cancelled.
7. Seller's Rights and Obligations
The Seller, SIA Hansa fabrik, undertakes to provide the goods and services in accordance with their description, within the stated time frame and scope.
The Seller undertakes to dispatch goods no later than 10 business days after purchase. Delivery time depends on the delivery service provider's schedules.
8. Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are prepared in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
If either party incurs losses, the party at fault shall compensate the other party for losses in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
